Happy Monday everyone! I ran across this post on Book Date and liked the idea of sharing what I’m currently reading, so here goes!
JUST FINISHED
Rosie’s Travelling Teashop by Rebecca Raisin

First Sentence: “You’re just not spontaneous enough Rosie…”
CURRENTLY READING
Wild Country (World of the Others #2) by Anne Bishop

First Sentence: A year from now, it would be called the Great Predation-those terrifying days when the Elementals and the Elders, the terra indigene who are Namid’s teeth and claws, came out of the wild country and brutally thinned the human herds in Thaisia.
Wow, these are two totally different kinds of books, aren’t they? LOL!
What are you reading?
Deb
I like how you put the first sentences in here. I’m currently reading Hannibal by Thomas Harris, with a few children’s books thrown in because my son wants me to read everything that he is. As for genres being different, I’m in the same boat as you haha.

I read Hannibal years and years ago. Thats a good one! I do like to mix it up. I’ll switch genre’s with every book. It keeps things fresh! Enjoy your book! I wish I could stay home reading mine today!

I’m currently reading Girl, Wash Your Face, the book adaptation of Jim Henson’s Labyrinth, and beta reading a fantastic novel written by a very talented Nanowrimo participant!
